Climate change is the altering of the natural phenomenon by human deeds or it may be coincidentally

Who is responsible for climate change?

Which factors impact climate change??

What would be the consequences of climate change??  What should be done to overcome climate change??

Is climate change is right or wrong for human beings??

Which conventions are working on climate change and what were the outcomes of those agreements??

Many scientists said that we are living in the Anthropocene era in which humans impact on earth’s geology and ecosystem.

In 1769 when steam engine was patented, due to this innovation led to widespread use of coal to power industry, agriculture, and textile production. Due to these things a sharp increase in carbon dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere. Moreover, due to human’s activities rapidly increment in the emission of greenhouse gas. For instance, deforestation, industrialization, transportation, domestic equipment these are the major factors to increase CFCs level in the atmosphere.

Now the amount of carbon dioxide is higher than it has been for hundreds of thousands of years.

In addition to that, scientists warned us about the global warming increment. Due to the rise in global temperature innumerable catastrophes would be occur in a nearer future. According to 2018 special report, the IPCC predicted that without reductions in carbon dioxide emissions the world will hit 1.5degree centigrade of warming between 2030 to 2052.

Now we should be aware from the consequences or threats of climate change throughout the world.

When a global temperature would be rise above 1.5 centigrade then myriad catastrophes would be occur. For instance flooding, cyclones, wind storms, avalanches, land sliding and snow falling.

Furthermore, islands and coastal areas would be perished to some extent.

One of the alarming situation for species loss. In which many insects, animals and plants would be at the risk of extinction.

Due to ozone layer depletion, many skin diseases would be spread throughout the world. Even, greenery and natural beauty come to end. Our infrastructure is at risk of damage because different kinds of acid rains would be occur. Moreover, severe heat waves would be flow throughout the globe. Human beings are responsible for these problems what should be done to overcome this problem? There should be an international agreement to control over the climate change. In 1987 there was an agreement passed which is called Montreal Protocol. The main purpose of this treaty is to stop producing substances that damage the ozone layer such as CFCs.

The protocol treaty succeeded in eliminating nearly 99% of these ozone-depleting substances. Even due to this agreement, approximately two million people were saved from skin cancer. Another convention was established on 1992 which is UNFCCC. This agreement explicitly addresses the climate change. The main aim was to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere but unfortunately, the concentration of carbon dioxide has increased from 358ppm to 412ppm during 1994-2018.

Hence climate change is certainly a humanitarian issue so we must ponder over it thoroughly.
